I just realized I haven’t documented any of my guitar lessons—except for November 13, which was the day I bought my bass guitar and had my very first bass lesson. I’ve been taking one-hour guitar lessons every Saturday. I’m learning new songs, rhythms, and techniques every week. Music truly is food for the soul.

25 weeks means at least 25 songs—and sometimes I even learn two in one session. For example, on April 19, I learned Crazy Train by Ozzy Osbourne and Electric Eye by Judas Priest (at the request of a friend). I play songs in Turkish, English, and sometimes even Spanish. (And yes—I can sing while playing, too.)

I will blog you guys laterrrrrrrrr <33

January 31- February 1,2 (34 Hours)

Good morning, good afternoon, or good night to all of you!

There was going to be a debate event, and they asked me to be part of the press team. I had previously worked as a cameraman at another school event, so after discussing it with my family, I agreed. It turned out to be the most exhausting three days I’ve ever had—but also some of the most fun. The event took place on January 31st, February 1st, and February 2nd.

On January 31st, we started at 12 PM and stayed at school until 6 PM. On February 1st, we were at school from 7 AM to 8 PM. And on February 2nd, we arrived again at 7 AM and didn’t leave until 10 PM because there was a closing celebration in the evening.

During this time, we socialized, ate, drank, danced—and of course, took lots of photos.

One of my press friend burned marshmallow with lighter.

I will blog you guys laterrrrrrrrr :D

20 Nisan 2025 Pazar

11.5 Hours

Good morning, good afternoon, or good night to all of you!

I generally love trying new dishes.

January 15 – Today I tried making ramen and it turned out amazing. This definitely won’t be the last time—I want to try different combinations too. My toppings were green onions, mushrooms, and an egg. The broth had a bit of meat stock and lots of spices. (2.5 hours)

January 25 – I tried making ramen again today. This time, instead of meat stock, I made and used beet broth. For toppings, I used egg, beets, and peppers. I liked it even more this time—probably because of the pinkish color. Hehe ;P (2.5 hours)

February 1 – I tried again… You’re probably getting tired of this, but I’m not! I made the noodles myself this time. (Just making the noodles took 1.5 hours.) For protein, I added meat and an egg. And for some crunch, I used peppers and, of course, the unforgettable fresh green onions. (2.5 + 1.5 = 4 hours)

February 6 – Guess what I tried again… I used the noodles I made myself, cooked them in beet broth, and topped them with the meat my dad had cooked yesterday. For vegetables, I went with beets and peppers again. (2.5 hours)

January- February 31-7-14-28 (8 hours)

Good morning, good afternoon, or good night to all of you!

This painting was pretty frustrating. I started off well but totally ruined it in the end :(((( I think it could have turned out much better. This one also took 8 hours… Why did it take so long? Because I had to redo the background. The first version was way too vibrant, so I had to tone it down.  We focused on shadows in this piece, and I do think I learned something from it. And here is my inspo pic.

I will blog you guys laterrrrr. :D

January 3-10-17-24 (8 Hours)

Good morning, good afternoon, or good night to all of you!

This painting took me 8 hours. I had to redo some parts because I wasn’t happy with them. In the end, I’m satisfied with the result.  Even though my mom doesn’t really like frogs, she liked it. She said, “I wish it were sitting on a tree.”  Other than that, she said it was a 10/10 painting.  In my opinion, it would get an 8.8 out of 10. Still, I’m happy with it.    I’m gradually getting used to acrylics and learning how to use them better.  In our classes, we’ve been focusing a lot on colors and the eyes.  I will blog you guys laterrrrrr.:3

28th January (2.5 Hours)

Good morning, good afternoon, or good night to all of you!

Today I was in the kitchen. Cooking feels like therapy to me. I love trying new recipes. Today, I tried making bulgur pilav, which is very popular in Turkey.
• 2 medium tomatoes
• 2 cups of bulgur
• 2 green peppers
• Lots of butter
• Hot pepper paste
• Tomato paste
It’s a very easy dish made with just 6 ingredients, and cooking it was really fun. I also learned something new: if you want to peel tomatoes easily, make two small cuts on them and soak them in boiling water. After 15–20 minutes, they’re ready to peel! It got a 10 out of 10!!!

I also tried making savory cookies. I divided the dough into three parts—added chili oil to one, hot pepper paste to another, and left the last one plain. They turned out amazing. 10/10!

My dad really loves orange cake, and I wondered why I hadn’t made it yet. So I learned how to make it. It was easy… Just kidding, it really was easy. The hardest and most time-consuming part was grating the oranges. :D
