March 28 (2 hours) Korean hotdog

 Good morning, good afternoon, or good night to all of you! 

I love to try new foods from diffrent countries. My sister requested Korean hotgod. It was amazing I loved it!! We all did but it was a bit tricky. 

125 grams of flour 25 grams sugar 5 grams salt instant yeast warm milk and one large egg bot the dough. I used mozzarella and sausages at the same time. for the coating I used crushed noodle. I loved it.



June 12 keychain (30 minutes)

 Good morning, good afternoon, or good night to all of you!

My sister has a friend that lives in Germany and she came to İstanbul to visit us and I made her a keychain as a gift. Het theme was yellow. I made a blue version for my sister and a purple version for myself. I used diffrent type of beeds and diffrent charms. I had fun making these keychains.


July 17 Noodle dish (1 hour)



Good morning, good afternoon, or good night to all of you! 

I have not been writing my blogs :( But today I will be writing and sharing everything that I have done for my cas projects. I have been reallyyyyy busy. 

I went to Holland for summer school. My sister lives here so after 2 weeks of studying I joined her. Later on our parents joined us too. It was an amazing month. But I want to share what I did for cas projects. 

On the 17th of July my friend Zhining wanted to cook for us but I didn't want her to cook alone. Plus I love learning new recipes so I helped her. We made noodle soup. It sounds simple but when you are in a dorm with no kitchen utensils it's kinda hard. We washed napa cabbage , cucumber and carrot. I sliced them into bite size pieces with a breakfast knife. It was super hard. We cooked all our vegetables in a pan with a little bit of oil and butter. After a few minutes we added hot weather. It should have been boiling water but we were short on pans and pots. After boiling we added our noodles, the seasoning that the noodles came with and black pepper. We let the soup simmer for a bit then ate it. Ngl I was scared because I have never eaten cooked cucumber let alone hot, warm even a cucumber on room temp. It had a chewy texture which I loved. I highly recommend this dish.

May 21 zero vaste pizza (1 hour)

 Good morning, good afternoon, or good night to all of you!

We had few ingridiants that were about to go bad. What is the best way to use them?? OFC PIZZA!! I made pizza with lavash (thin pita like bread). Its was an easy way to usse ingridiants and nothing went to trash. I made tomato souse for topping and I useed mushrooms peppers and olives. It was goodddd


 

July 22 (30 minutes) Teaching melemen

 Good morning, good afternoon, or good night to all of you!


As you guys know I'am staying in dorm and teaching my friends how to cook melemen was amazing. Melting butter and mixing it with a bit of olive oil. After heating it up adding domatoes, pappers and crushing the tomatoes as we cook them. after everything is cooked adding eggs!!! OMG I JUST LOVE MELEMEN!! I teached my friends and they all loved it! Its a must to try!



August 9 (4.5 hours) applepie

Today I tried making apple pie but Dutch version. It means the pia is thick with lots of apples inside and the apple pices are kinda big. Its not like the pie I am used to but I loved this version!!!

Crust

-160 g all-purpose flour

-115 g cold butter

-3 grams of salt


Apple filling

-750 g apples, peeled and cubed

-100 g granulated sugar

-5 g cinnamon

-lemon juice


Cruble Topping

-95 g flour

-100 g brown sugar

-5 g cinnamon

-115 g cold butter








August 7 (5 hours) raviolle

 Good morning, good afternoon, or good night to all of you!

I was board and wanted to cook something. We had ground beef and mushrooms. I wanted to try something...... I made 2 diffrent doughs. One with egg flour and beet juice and one with just egg and flour. Made diffrent patterns and diffrent shapes. I had fun but serving was not enough to fill me up. With the extra ground I made a souse on top of the raviolle.
