I love Dubai chocolate. Like a lot… Please don’t make fun of me :( Im getting straight to the point: I wanted to make it at home. Well I did it and the result?? It was amazing!!
To make it you need chocolate(milk and white), pistachio, milk, heavy cream, kadayıf and optional tahini and food coloring. Melt white chocolate optional add food coloring and pour into the mold. This will decorate our chocolate. Melt milk chocolate and pour a layer into the mold. To make the pistachio cream add pistachios, heavy cream and milt to a blander. Tahini is optional. Roast your kadayif, remove from the heat and mix with the pistachio cream. You are basically done at this point. Add a layer of your kadayif and pistachio mixture and a layer of chocolate.
