Good morning, good afternoon, or good night to all of you!
When I am feeling sick I prefer drinking soups or eating something that has carbs and protein with onions and garlic. We had leftover steak but I needed carbs to get that energy. I wanted something fast so I boiled water for the noodles that I got from China town in Amsterdam. While the water was boiling I sliced one small onion and 4-5 cloves of garlic. I sautéd garlic and onions and added a small green paper for colour. Meanwhile I boiled my wheat noodles and added chili oil into the vegetables. When the noodles finished boiling I added noodles to the pan where I sautéd my vegetables. I mixed everything and here's dinner in under 30 minutes.
